Is there a command line call which will initiate an auto update process on a computer? I'm after one which will run the update process with little or no user input, I don't want to go through the browser - the yellow shield auto update version.

This way I can hopefully remotely tell the computers in my house to go and update when needs be. If left to the users they wouldn't do it or would come running to me.
