I went round to a customers house last week, who was having trouble sending attachments in emails using AOL 9. He has a laptop using the same AOL install and same account which uploads attachments just fine. His desktop PC however is the problem. AOL simply crashes when you go to upload an attachment. Unfortunately I didn't have time to solve this before my next job, so I'm going back tomorrow to finish it off.
Has anyone come across this problem? Any suggestions?
If I uninstall AOL and reinstall it using the latest version, will his emails still be kept on the computer? I've not had much experience with AOL which is why I'm asking for help here
