Looking to do my first amd build with a 3600 so need a motherboard i can flash the bios without cpu ( not willing to spend more on motherboard than cpu so 570 is out) . I know gigabyte call this feature q flash plus so was wondering if this board supports it if not which b450 boards overclockers have support bios flashing without cpu?

It only has Q-Flash (non plus), so it needs a compatible CPU to update BIOS:

I've actually just narrowed my choice down to these two, the gaming pro carbon has better NIC and Audio so tempted to spend a bit more for it, can you remove these ariels? I don't want no wi-fi guff on my pc.
If not are there any other options with the audio of the carbon pro also with good vrm and cooling as the tomahawk?

I'm relatively certain the antennas will be in box, detached from motherboard. Was that way for other WiFi motherboards I've bought previously.
