Aorus Master X570 with Ryzen 9 3900X high idle temps

Hi all
So my temps go up to 60° idle and I can see the power is averaging at 1.4 volts
When I'm on the bios it's saying cpu is only using 1.0 volts
Does anyone have any information on what voltages I need to change on the bios? I've checked jaytwocents video and I'm still not sure what I should be changing
Xmp profile is already on

Have you downloaded the latest amd chipset drivers and are you on latest bios mate
