Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 - help

Hi
I bought Arctic liquid freezer ii 360, it arrived but I'm a bit concern if its not damaged. One of the pipes coming from the rad is bigged in diameter, wierdly bended and when touched feels like something is sticking out from under the cover. Is it normal in this model? I'm a bit worry to install it in my system.

I had the same thing recently.

It’s the cables for the fans, where it has gotten twisted inside the sleeving and isn’t flat.

It’s up to you as to whether you should return. I did with mine as I didn’t want it rubbing and splitting in the future.

Can't you pull the fan cable out either end to stretch it out straight?

i don't think it is possible
I gave it a go after positive reviews on youtube but now i know Arctic is cheap for a reason, no more buy from me

You just got one dud one - no reason not to get another

yours unit was faulty as well so i guess the chance to get a working one are close to zero

It’s not faulty, just a twisted cable inside sleeving. I had my replaced and the new one was perfect

well it's not like it should be so its is faulty

OOR on website so replace is out of equation

Update: overclockers kindly accepted RMA as faulty
