artic cooling freezer 64 pro

hi guys just doing my first build so asking loads of questions as i go. Just about to install the above heatsink and fan, is it true that the thermal paste already on it is substantial enough?? Think i remember someone saying that it was just as good as artic silver?

does it have to sit directly in the middle of the cpu, as when i pull the lever down it slides to one side? blummin hard to do aswell.

try and push both levers down at the same time once they are clipped on this means there is not huge amounts of pressure aplied to a small area of your motherboard

both clips? as far as i can see there is only one lever on one side

oh rite, clip the one without a lever on over the plastic thing then try to hook the other side over the plastic thing and pull the lever over, make sure the lever is fully released before trying to hook it over the plastic thing, its the only way of getting the cooler on

got it now, on one side there is a 2mm gap between the side and the other is about 4mm, i'm assuming this is ok
