My work delivered a new monitor a couple of days ago. Its a Samsung LU32J590UQUXEN.
It will be plugged into my laptop, via hdmi. unfortunately I am already using the only hdmi port on the laptop.
So they have supplied an adapter that plugs into the USB C port and there is a hdmi on port on the other end. I have downloaded the latest drivers for both the laptop and the monitor, but I cannot get it to work.
The USB C adapter also has some USB A ports and I can plug in a memory stick which the laptop recognises.
Any idea's?
Also anyone know of any optimal picture settings for this screen?
