Is there a program that has the ability to stretch files with audio & video without messing with the pitch?

Err, not sure. I have never used it, only looked to see if it was possible in virtualdub.
It says this in virtualdub about the filter:
"Resamples audio to a different length without chaning sampling frequency, using a 32-phase, 129-tap filer bank."

So i don't think it does.

    The what what?

Under the audio menu make sure that 'full processing mode' is selected. The you can choose 'use advance filter'. Now you have acces to the filters sub menu (in the audio menu). You have to begin with the input filter, then the strech filter, then the output filter.

Not sure this answers your questions or not.

Ok is there a FAQ on the website that tells you how to do stuff? It messes with the pitch when I slow the audio.
