i live 15 mins from westminsiter my electricity is free because it's "dangerous" to work on, the LEB wont touch it and some were across the line they have forgotten about it. been like that for the passed 3 years

Have you tried by simply looking on findaproperty.co.uk or rightmove.co.uk?
