B450 aourus pro wifi not booting

when i turn the power supply on the motherboard light flashes then turns off immediately.i know it is not a cpu or gpu problem cause i tested them but all of these are new parts pls help

i tested the memory and it didnt fix it

Did the motherboard come with a ryzen 3000 ready sticker on the box?.

Try resetting the bios either from the jumper or removing the CMOS battery.

I'd try reseating the CPU + cooler and check no pins were damaged on installation.

I highly recommend reading your motherboard manual to determine what that light means.
