Baby killers, what's the fastest you've done in your car?

Fastest I have even been was 150mph indicated in my A6 in Texas. Hell everything's legal in TEXAS (but not that).

Worst times I've been caught: 100mph in a 70mph zone in the M6 - got 5 points and £185 fine in Carlisle magistrates court.

Got caught at 75mph in 40mph in Joshua Tree national park in California and was let off I'm guessing because she didn't fancy the paperwork of sending a brit to court!

Back when I was a bit of a rebel (before the ban :o)

I had

160 out of the Suzuki GSXR (ran out of nerve)
123 out of the Kawasaki Versys (that was maxed out!)
140 from the Rover 220 Coupe
150 from the Fiat Coupe 20vt

Now
100 (briefly due to my rapidly decreasing mpg) out of the Fiesta
80 (downhill) out of the Baja. And that was the scariest of the lot! :p

I learned my lesson (ish) and now my vehicles can barely break the speed limit!

Nothing too impressive, 100MPH. Roundabout was up ahead, and for whatever reason my breaks were not really functioning. If there was other traffic approaching I could have been in trouble. Fortunately the only thing in sight was a few kids playing on the motorway.

Doubt my current car could even reach that. Think I've done 90 when I'm feeling daring, and the music is loud enough to drown out the rattling noise as my car falls apart.
