I'm after a recommendation on some back-up software.
What I would like is to be able to back-up the windows drive, "c" drive, onto a home network i.e. another PC. Then if something goes wrong with the PC to be able to restore the partition/drive via home network.
I've seen something in work, think it was altaris, where an image of the drive was kept on a server and then the PC can be rebuilt via network. Bit elaborate for my needs but was after something similar, but a bit cheaper.
Sorry if this description sounds a bit vague.

Acronis True Image. The BootCD creator supports most network/RAID/AHCI drivers but if you find it doesn't support your you can use something like BartPE or VistaPE to load it.
