Hi there,

I've just bought a new PC from overclockers, the specs are as follows, I don't know if this will be of any relevance but I thought just in case.

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six Core/Twelve Thread 3.9GHz Processor (MPK)
Sapphire Radeon RX VEGA 56 Pulse 8GB
eagate BarraCuda 2TB 7200RPM 256MB
WD Blue 3D NAND 500GB 2.5" SATA 6Gbps Solid State Drive
Gigabyte B450 AORUS ELITE (Socket AM4) DDR4 ATX Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-24000C16 3000MHz

I set the PC up myself installing my own bought version of windows 10 and after finishing the set up there was only one issue which is that BBC Iplayers streaming on their website is clunky/stuttering with both audio and video and they desync often and then rubber band back. There's no issue with the internet and I have used plenty of other streaming websites without any problems. I've tried the website on multiple browsers with no change. I've updated all of my drivers using avast's driver updater with again, no change. Would anyone have any suggestions of what to try next?

Thanks in advance.
