    I did.

Correct about the friend check-ins. I will say that the more common the beer/lager the less likely they are to have checked it in (at least thats my theory, I'm relying on my knowledge of my friends here)

A list of individual beers will be posted to save deciphering images. If its a one of these modern labels without much info, I might dock points for having to put effort in.

Its not the category I thought would catch anyone out but am happy that you now have to buy more beer :)

I'm going to make a post in La Cuisine for the 1st round and extend the deadline for newcomers/latecomers because I'm generous like that. I'm heading to the pub later so its not like it will make much difference.

Does it have to be there? I think it's perfectly suitable for GD (it'll get more exposure).

I was going with tradition as I think they have always been in there. Happy for it to be moved if you think its more suitable in here

I’ve entered! My local came through for me. Didn’t get a chance to drink it last night but will crack it open tonight.

I don't know any Belgian gins so no points for you this time. Not sure if I should allow Jinever (or whatever its called).

Has Feek submitted another gin this time?! For God's sake...

I'll have my entry in on Friday night again. Caught between two Belgians at the moment.

Genever? Thats Dutch not belgian and from the ones I had damn tasty.

The Bols Museum in Amsterdam was a really good afternoon out and having them make cocktails with different genevers in place of the normal spirits was pretty good too.

Shame I missed the start of this but I am trying to cut down haha

Ah. Never been to Netherlands but I did see a ton of it in Bruges when I was there a few years ago, various shops seemed to specialise in it. Quite enjoyed the free samples.

I've not had any beer for ages so I'm submitting comedy gin entries instead with no intent to get any points whatsoever.

@Bickaxe foiled me on that in the first week :D

Genever is dutch but I don't have any of that anyway. I like my entry this week, I feel it's quite creative.

    B submitted.

There's an obvious Belgium beer which isn't too hard to source which could win the Untappd score this week. Unfortunately I couldn't find it online at short notice :p

Entry in. No chance it’s getting the bonus points, and wasn’t what I was expecting at all!

    Curious which you mean.

I’ve submitted mine. It’s not my entry but bought a few bottles of Bruges Zot today. It’s not the greatest of beers but has a special place in my heart as we went to Bruges for a few days after getting married. We don’t call it our honeymoon as it was only 3 days between Christmas and New Year so a kind of “mini moon”

Did the brewery tour and managed to drink the biggest beer I think I’ve ever had. Either before or since :D

I remember turning up to the bar with an Asian guy about 1/3 of the way through one. Then setting myself a goal of beating him once I got mine. He may notve known he was in a race but he lost!

Apologies for image links. I can never work out imgur on a mobile!

    Brilliant shot mate

I've just submitted my entry. I was still torn up until the point I hit send, mainly because it's not my favourite Belgian tipple.
    We shall see!
