    Hi all,

I'm thinking of buying a monitor basically to sit in the living room, to watch movies, bbc iplayer, etc.. i.e. to be used more like a TV, I guess.

Anyway, I almost bought the BenQ 24" G2420HDBL but just as I was about to buy I noticed some people mention that the vertical viewing angle is bad.
This is quite relevant if you have people sitting on the couch....

    Just wondering
    a) Is it really that bad? Compared to other TFTs?
    b) I guess the stand easily allows the screen to tilt, so it should be OK?
    c) Are there any alternatives in the <£200 bracket that might suit me better?

I suppose I could always get a desk mount..

    Thanks!!
