Wondering if you guys can help me diagnose a problem with my Benq W1400 projector. The projector does not switch on, the fans do not spin up, and the indicators for both 'Power' and 'Lamp' are solid red. The manual (here) on page 52 does not even cover the case for both indicators solid red. Moreover, I have bought and fitted a new lamp, which has made no difference. Any ideas what could be wrong?
