Best AV Reciver £150-£200

I'm looking for a cheap av reciver for my parents as their DVD/Speaker combo has just packed up.

Anybody know of a good one?

The only requirement is that it must have an FM tuner.

Without putting a dampener on buying second hand av equipment, isn't there always the possibility of buying something thats been thrashed to death or ****ed before you even get it out of the box. I mean there is no warranty which is what has always put me off going down that route.
