Is the G500 considerably cheaper than the S700? I heard there was a Gigawork without tweeters, I am guessing it is the G500 series. The S700/750 series both have tweeters in them, and I would favour them over the Logitech.
well after much thinking finally ordered these today Logitech Z-5500 THX® Certified 5.1 505 Watts Speakers - Retail (SP-021-LG) should i see much difference than what i got now old 5.1 cambridge soundworks running on a X-Fi Fatal1ty FPS
It is not hard to beat the Inspire, the Gigaworks would outclass them all the same. This forum seems to favour the Logitech. I have only compared the Gigaworks S-series to the Z-5500 predecessor, but based on users who have tried both at 3dss, the Gigaworks S series remains the MM surround speakers to be beat, along with the Klipsh Ultra. You'll hear very little about the Logitech there.
