Best way to synchronise Outlook?

Does anyone have any experience in being able to seamlessly synchronise MS Outlook mail/settings/calendar/notes (everything really!!) between 2 pcs on the same network so that everything remains identical on both computers irrespective of which pc is receiving the mail first/settings are altered first?

Any software suggestions or pitfalls/tips welcome!
