i have the ThermalTake Bigwater Kit on my current system (check sig), i wondered wether this would do the job for a X2 4400+ which i am upgrading to later this month or wether is should get some air cooling such as the Freezer 64 Pro,

advise would be great

Would do the job fine, as well as the freezer.

Why do you think it wouldn't work? From what I've read it should be better than pretty much any air cooler, the only criticism I've seen of it is that (1) it's from Tt and (2) it's not as good as kits 2-3 times the price.
