Blackberry storm videoing problems?

Does anyone else have the same problems as me or can anyone out there help?

ive had my storm since it first came out. brilliant phone, poor camera! my problem tho is videoing things. i have a 16Gb card inserted but when ever i go to video for any length of time ie over 1 and a half minutes the whole phone freezes and reboots after a very lengthy time. then wen i go into my video album it shows the video i was trying to record is there but when i try to watch it, it says the video is the wrong format???????? how can it be its been recorded from the same phone and the only settings available are mms quality or high quality..... Please help someone

I have no clue but i did have a storm for about a week back in dec...sent it back as it just drove me up the wall.

Perhaps ring Vodafone and ask them, might be a faulty handset or if your feeling particularly confident...try updating the firmware to another one...you can find info for that at www.crackberry.com. They have a sub forum set aside for the Storm...have a look in there and see if anyone in there can help you.
