I'll be surprised if Bury don't reform. The current Maidstone United F.C. football club were formed not that long after Maidstone United were expelled. Aldershot F.C. were liquidated the same season as Maidstone were expelled, and like Maidstone, they reformed shortly after as Aldershot Town.
Looking at the clubs that have been liquidated or expelled from the football league, most reformed. Only a small handful of clubs didn't reform and the last of those that ceased to exist, was in 1951. Most of the clubs that have ceased to exist after going bunkrupt had already been relegated to the non-leagues.
Thankfully Bolton Wanderers F.C. has been saved, so no repeat of 1992 with two clubs leaving the football league.

It removes one of the relegation spots so goes from 4 to 3.
Presumably an extra team get promotion from the conference too
