Can someone help me out set my router up for WAW Coop Hosting. Ive treid doing port forwarding and i think ive set up a DMZ but i still cant host a Co Op properlly I have a Netgear DG834GT
The game has 4 player co-op, meaning you and 3 other people can play through the singleplayer missions together, rather then alone.
have the exact same netgear router. Go into servies and add all the following ports, TCP - 28960, 28970 UDP - 20500, 20510, 28960, 28970, 20800, 20810 Then go into firewall rules and add all the services as both inbound and outbound (should be above 7 rules in each one) That should get it working although the flakey master browser could be your next hurdle. I wouldnt put it on DMZ as it will open *all* ports.
Im pretty sure ive tried DMZ to but still no joy.. Could it be a vista problem. As far as im aware ive disabled all OS based firewalls
