Can I cook a pizza on a BBQ?

Yes you can, I did it a few times a few summers ago where our hut only had a rubbish 2 ring electric stove but a rather nice communal BBQ.

Make your pizza (or just buy it from a shop :rolleyes::p) and stick it on a metal tray, thicker the better (mine was only a couple of mm), stick it on BBQ and wait... The tray was practically ruined after a month but the pizzas were om nom nom.

Funnily enough the only takeaway in the village we were staying in (tiny village in the middle of the Pyrenees) was a pizza place... :p

The same BBQ also cooked the worlds best steak!

The best pizzas are ones made in clay wood fired ovens which are basically a massive bbq.

put foil under it, build up a lot of heat with the lid on, chuck pizza in.... wait... nom.

It's not a take away one lol - It's from Walmart and just comes in a box like that (which greatly helped me get it back up to my room from the grill!).

If necessary I will post pics of the lid lol...

100% genuine store bought pizza!
