    Hi all,

I have installed Windows 7 on a machine with one hard drive - with no partitions (Well just the one that has Windows 7 on it)

But I want to resize this (make it smaller) and then create another partition and install linux on the new partition.

    ....is this possible?

    Thanks

Yes. You can do this in disk management.

You can shrink volumes/expand in the disk management.

Right click on computer in the start menu > click manage > disk management, it's on the left.

There is a wizard also but I'm not sure you need that.
