If it's a protein supplement that's making you fart then it probably contains high levels of lactose, if you buy protein isolate powder, which is usually virtually lactose free, it should help to reduce the frequency and ferocity of your farts. Ah gentlemen. You should try my office...I suffer from Ibs and one of our design engineers has krones disease. Monday mornings can be a truly fearsome thing. I have cleared the entire office on occasion only to have our poor unsuspecting admin walk in take a sniff and retch. Good times. Good times. Epic thread though, I'm lying in bed chuckling like a naughty child!

I do kickboxing aswell... and when I do a high roundhouse some times a few let rip aswell but there are fans and stuff so its a bit more mellow

You got to love getting away with a smelly one in an elevator.
