Hi i have an old (2-3years) thermaltake XaserIII case and i was wondering if i can replace the fans that are in it with anything that will increase airflow without making it noisey!

the fans i have in it at the moment are, A1420 (TT-8025A), 80x80x25mm Silent Fan, 30dBA that came with the case.

any ideas ?

Have a look through the OCUK fan section and just look for fans that have the same dimensions of yours that move a lot of air. Most fans have how much air is moved per minute and their DB level so you should be able to make a good choice.

Well id say almost all fans now would be more advanced than old fans so unless you go for ultra quiet fans that have low CFM, current new fans should push plenty of air.

Maybe go with Akasa AK-182-L2B Ultra Quiet 80mm

These push about 4CFM more and loudness is 10dB less.
