No:

Supposedly human, face like a horse and offensive to all senses, like rotting fish.

As to the organs, only dissection could tell but, taking a reasonable guess,

The heart and all major organs would be located in the horse part, a human body could not house the organs needed to power a horse sized body. However, a horse brain would be a bit stupid, so the human part of the centaur would house the brain. The rest of the human body would be filled with potpourri.
