    Currently without xbox :(

But, when i do get it back i'd like to change my tag. Is it straight forward? Will it automatically update people on my friend's list etc?

Yeah you do have to pay 800 points, its to stop kiddies changing the names every 5mins to something stupid.

    Good idea i thought.

    Is it still 800 points?

Don't fancy buying 2100 points or whatever just to change my GT :(

I agree, as annoying as it is (not that I care as I can't see me wanting to change mine) it is good to stop people chaging their tag all the time.

    800 Points is £4.25 or £8.50 I think. I can't remember which

maybe you should be allowed one free change, and then you have to pay.

Good idea? YAY more free money for Microsoft!

£6.80 to change your GT is a rip off.

But it stops muppets changing their names every 5 minutes. I definitely agree with charging.

Charging a couple of quid wouldn't be too bad, but £6.80 for what effectively costs Microsoft nothing is clearly overpriced.

Yeah, £6.80 is a little too much. £5 would be better, but MS work in points so it would need to be a round number.

Do you change your real name everyday?, does it cost you money if you want to?

To get upset over £6.80 is daft
