CHEAP build needed

Hey guys, basically want something that is as cheap as possible but upgradeable in the future. No dead socket motherboards please!

My target is £400 just for the box (no monitor, mouse/kb etc) , i already have a case and dvd drive. And the machine will be used almost purely for gaming.

The first option would be better performance though and a bit more future proof, due to the better PSU.

Potty's right and even has no colour clashing here. The 7770 is a great board for under £100, but I'd push the budget if possible to get the 7850. It'd make a massive difference.

Normal size case. Just bought a 7850 second hand for £95, maby a bit steep but couldn't find many for sale...

7850 is a good card anyway
