Typically with generic tablets like that one of the cost savings is in cooler design and materials/implementation which depending on your usage might have an impact i.e. in games they will often start to thermal throttle and slow down performance sooner than more expensive ones though that isn't a hard and fast rule.

Usually pretty close to stock Android but sometimes they have weird builds with haphazard support with the updates/support files officially pushed to random file sharing sites and random obscure forums that are the only form of ongoing support.

I just wouldn't not when you can buy something like a Samsung Tab A 10.1 for not much more.
As above compromises will have been made, typically the flash memory speed, the screen quality, thermal properties and aftermarket support (security updates, bug fixes etc).
