Depends how strong your microwave is, whether you want food poisoning, how much chinese, what type of food it is and why you are wasting precious thread-space...

There was a thread on it about 3 days ago I believe.

Nuke for 5 and cover it in clingfilm so it doens't dry up.

Use a flamethrower on it just to be sure. Except that'll give you cancer. So food poisoning or cancer, it's your choice.

I propose the creation of a new forum to keep all these food re-heating threads out of GD.

I've found that if you heat it up and the next day you are pooing through the eye of a needle then you didnt heat it for long enough, next time you will know better.

I prefer my food to be fresh, but microwaving your food has no bearing on the nutritional value.

    really?
Recent research shows that microwave oven-cooked food suffers severe molecular damage. When eaten, it causes abnormal changes in human blood and immune systems.
