Choosing between two server boards or another?

Hi guys,

I'm currently putting together an order for a server. The server is primarily a fileserver but will host at least one website as well as a few applications. Can anyone recommend one over the other?

I'm hoping to use:
Haswell XEON E3 v3 processors, potentially E3-1240 or (E3-1245 with graphics) 16GB ECC RAM.
4 x 3TB drives in RAID 10
2 x SSD in RAID 1 for OS

Asrock C226 WS

Supermicro X10SAT

Both boards are fairly new, supporting socket 1150.
Current Issues.
The Asrock is easier to source as I've had difficulty finding a distributor in the UK supplying the Supermicro board. I have found one supplier in Germany however with postage it will cost approximately 80 quid more to purchase. For both reasons I currently favor the Asrock, but I've never actually bought an Asrock board before, so nervous.

I've read most of the articles returned through Google regarding both boards. Does anyone have any experience with either of these boards? Any other boards I may have missed apart from the Asus WS boards (according to reviews: poor ECC support)?

Thanks
