    @Gibbo so I posted asking CS if I was entitled to the cod code as I bought my card on the 18th, got told it expired (on the 18th) and 'we don't have any codes left anyway' then 4 days later it's active again?

    Rules have changed alright.

    The website displays free items on the product pages, if nothing is listed then your getting nothing if it’s listed then your getting something.

    First order for me - via paypal, currently in "Order received - not yet shipped" status. No email with cod code or no dispatched email. Ordered at 10.50 am :( I understand extra security with paypal and first orders. but I did phone up around 4pm asking if it will be with me tomorrow and they said yes.

    @Gibbo do you know if the MSI ventus (the £619.99) one is a reference PCB?

    I like to think it is but EK are not listing a lot of super PCBs even though they tend to be the same as FE/ref 2080 PCBs.

    Yup ordered on Sunday with the web site saying order with in xx hours to get it Tuesday and what a surprise they only just shipped it Tuesday, so it will be here Wednesday.

    I posted in the customer services section and got the reply

    Which I'm not really surprised at, but it is still annoying as I've rearranged my week to be here for the delivery.

    Good news though Ive got the game code. :)

    How do you know if you got one in time or not ? I ordered this morning and the offer was still showing on the web page when i ordered but as I haven't received the order yet i'm unsure where i'd look ?

    *edit* just checked the web page to check the difference. And indeed the page is no longer showing the offer. But I ordered the KFA2 GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER EX 1CLICK-OC which has since come down in price a further £10.

    Well make sure you check bottom of your invoice and if you still don’t have one well because we’re not miss leading and we’re awesome just drop a post on CS forum and they will tell you where to find your code if one was sent and if not they will sort you one out. :)
