Colours seem too vivid?

Just upgraded my laptop's gpu drivers to the latest ones on the nVidia site (Geforce GT 330m). Install went fine but the only niggle is that colours seem overly bright and vivid now. EG the OcUK blue background on the website is really bright and colourful, whereas before it was darker and more subdued.

Any ideas?
