I've ordered a LG 27GL650F-B 144Hz Freesync/Gsync compatible monitor and wondering what's the best way to setup games for it.
Testing games uncapped on my current monitor, some of my more modern games wont go much over 100, while some other games can go well above 144fps.
Should I still use normal ingame/control panel vsync or just cap the framerate with rivatuner? What's the optimal framerate limit for 120 and 144Hz? I read capping at 120fps for 120Hz can cause tearing /stutter.
How does High Refresh/VVR work with some old finicky games designed for 60fps that go haywire at high framerate and cannot be capped if rivatuner doesnt play nice with it?
