Well I ordered the Sapphire this afternoon, should give me a good boost. Does anybody know what the games are that come with it?

You don't play much Oblivion then

x1900 should cope with Oblivion easily, i play it maxed out with 2xAA/16xAF+HDR on at 1280x1024 (TFT), outdoors gets between 30-40fps, and indoors flys, its perfectly fine, and thats on an x1800 XT 512mb.
