On 2Mb with Internet Central.

Not bad for 6am :)


Just signed on for an upgrade to ADSL Max... I guess I'll have to try this agin in a fortnight.

Had problems since they said they upgraded from 2Mb. No idea what it is and how to solve it

1mb Tesco broadband(Bad cable so we can only get up to 2.5mb. Tesco was £15/mo for unlimited 1mb so seems a better idea)


realistically, if I'm doing 5+ trailer downloads as I was during e3, the combined total was >160kbps.

Not too bad to be honest. I get latencies of >30 so it's all good :) No bandwidth limit.

on max dsl

I aint too close to the exchange my speeds vary from 200KB to 750KB I also get a lot of HEC and CRC errors in my router, I was told the fact I am using a 20 meter flat phone cable would cause this

If I bought a coaxial rounded type would it improve my performance?

It doesnt seem very accurate to me, according to that i have 2mbline when i have a 18.5mb and can down load from newsgroups at well over 1500k
