    Hi All,

New to this forum, but just wanted to ask my first of many silly questions.

Got a Copperhead mouse recentley, but I found it impossible to use, not because of the sensitivity but because of accidental button presses.

When I rest my thumb above the side buttons on the left side and on the rubber illuminated rail, if I squeeze the rail it would activate button 5.

I'm not actually pressing the button 5 underneath the rail, just pressure on the rail is activating it.

    Is this supposed to happen?

If not, is anyone else getting this?

Don't have that problem here, I find the buttons quite hard to press actually (rest my thumb under the buttons and my little finger just isnt strong enough for the other side)

An idea might be to reposition the rail? Don't know about warrenty and such but there are a few sites from google that give step by step guides on how to take it apart : )
