CPU Cooler Dilemma

OK, so here's the situation.

I have two machines

- One I just built (very quiet, non-overclocked, but I intend to OC in the future) running the spec in my signature.
- My old machine which I stripped down and rebuilt into a server running the following spec:
Intel Pentium D (Dual Core) CPU - 3.00GHz
2GB DDR2-SDRAM System Memory
ASUS P5ND2-SLI Motherboard
nVidia GeForce 9400GT Graphics Card
1 x 164GB HDD, 2 x 164GB HDD (RAID 1), 2 x 500GB HDD (RAID 1)
NEC DVD-RW ND-3540A Optical Drive

Now, I'm using a stock cooler on the processor at the moment for the second machine, but it is loud and very, very old. I wanted to replace it, but then I thought perhaps changing the cooler on my new machine might be better, for future overclocking as the Titan Fenrir on there at the moment has a couple of loose fins so it should handle a LGA775 processor of that age OK.

So my question is this:

Which of these situations would you go for?

1. Purchase this (Akasa AK-955) and simply whack it on the server and leave everything else as is.
2. Purchase this (Titan Fenrir v2) and replace my new PC's cooler and put the old, slightly dodgy Titan Fenrir on the server.
3. Purchase this (Corsair H50) and put it on the new machine and move the slightly dodgy Titan Fenrir to the older machine.
