I'm planning on upgrading me whole PC, but I'm most concerned for the cpu. Right now i have an i5-3570s and i am thinking of upgrading to a Ryzen 3 3300x. Is this a good upgrade? I'm also getting a new graphics card and motherboard and ram but i just wanted to know if this is a upgrade worth doing or if i should look into something else. Thanks :D

Just in case you'll need it.
Specs now:

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Intel Core i5 3570S @ 3.10GHz

8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 533MHz

Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. Z77-D3H

2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series (Gigabyte) Specifically a HD7850

Specs I looked into getting:
Ryzen 3 3300x

16GB DDR4 Ram

Gigabyte B450M GAMING

GTX 1070 8GB

Get a Ryzen 3600 for the extra £15. Better with an MSI MAX board as well, for guaranteed ryzen 4000 compatibility
i did look into the 3600 but the more i looked into it, the more i noticed it performs worse in games than the 3300x? As im using it for gaming mostly shouldnt i go with the better performing chip? or am i wrong cuz i also noticed the 3600 has more cores?

[edit] Then again i could be looking in the wrong places. Maybe the 6c and 12t would help for future games? Would love to know what u think.
