Ok I thought I had this fixed but I seem to still be crashing.
The crash or freeze would be more accurate happens only when i'm in game, I get a sound loop and the computer becomes unresponsive there is no BSOD.
Here's what i've tried so far
- Monitored temps of cpu/graphics all are fine in game and out
- Reset bios to default (thought it was my overclock)
- Cleaned out inside of pc heatsink etc there is zero dust inside the case
- Reapplied Thermal paste to CPU
- Swapped out the graphics card still get the freezes
- Ran memtest it passed
- Formatted windows
Only thing I haven't checked is the power supply as I don't have a voltage meter. Any other ideas on what I could try?
