not 100% but im pretty sure these are for connecting to a front mounted headphone and input adaptor found on certain Dell computers that this card was used in.
As its an OEM product it was probably manufactured to be included in a new Dell but never made it there.

To be honest, they're pretty useless...ignore them!!!

The white 2nd port is of no use really. It comes from days of old before Creative started putting front case audio headers on their cards. I would imagine that Creative at some point made some kind of front panel that plugs into it. Similar to a Live Drive! maybe, except they used a much larger connector.

The auxiliary connector is used to connect to another device, so it can play audio through the sound card without the need for the device to have it's own sound capabilities. An example would be a TV tuner card.
