Try kb4019990.
Andi.

Is this a down loaded file / .exe set up or do I have to copy the file in to a particular folder in the Operating System C; drive ! ?

I have a Windows 10 up grade disk as my Windows 7 does not up date any more ! ?

I get an error message 'Unsupported hardware' as I am running a Kaby Lake Intel CPU which I think Windows 7 has an issue with !

Kb files are available on the microsoft update site and are available as .msu files. These should be exectuable by double clicking.
Alternatively just update Win 10.
Andi.

Strangely enough I have got hold off a Windows 10 upgrade disk and I shall be using it.
I think the issue is that Win7 may not have this particular file were Win 10 might have it as default.
Plus my Win 7 is not getting many updates if any !
