I am looking to build a fresh ITX build over the next few months and wanted some advice on which of the above would be the better option as they both have similar costs? With the ITX boards only having two DIMM slots it will be set and forget as i do not intend to upgrade before a complete system refresh

PC will be used for general browsing and gaming (MMO, FPS, RPG etc) The rest of the specs are dependent on reviews for the new AMD gear but chances are it will be a mid/high end mobo, 3700x with a 2070 or something similar. Monitor at the moment is 1080p 60hz, but looking to go 1440p or 144hz reasonably soon

Many Thanks,
Technics

Better start listing final options closer to time of building that PC.
Samsung's new A-die based memories should be coming soon and hopefully those would give good clocks.
At least those will come with bigger than 1GB chip size allowing 16GB single rank DIMMs.
(unlike B-dies being limited to 1GB per chip)

32GB @3000, the price of 3600 is silly and its easy to change latter when prices change. If you find 3200 close to the price of 3000 get that.

Thanks. Will give it a month to see if prices change and then go for it
