DDR4 3200 cl14 or 3600 cl16 for Intel?

As title, current system is i5 8400, Gigabyte z370HD3 cf, 16gb of DDR4 2400 cl16 Ram, GTX1070
Considering for some time upgrading Ram, mainly due to sudden drops in fps in demanding games. Thats 1% low, i think, right? Average frames are good, no complains there...
Keep in mind that i dont know how to overclock Ram, nor i intend to.
Also, there IS a price difference, 3600Mhz about 50euros more expensive than 3200 ( for timings as stated in title)
So? Whats your opinion?

No real diff between 3200CL14 + 3600CL16 performance wise I think.

I doubt your memory is causing the FPS drops.

On Intel the difference is around 1% in the two SKUs listed....

Thanks! But there IS difference between any of those 2 and my current memory (2400, cl16) , right? I try to … justify the purchase...!
