Hi, I have an A64 Winchester 3200+ which i managed to overclock to 2550Mhz. Dropped HT to 4 and DDR to 333. Running on an Abit AN8 with the latest bios. CPU multiplier in on 10x255 with 1.450v
    Anything more i could do?
    Thanks in advance.

Increase the voltage to 1.5 and try a little further? Just keep an eye on temps

My A64 3000 Winchester doesn't go above 2.4Ghz stable. Bah humbug! But yeah, thats not a bad overclock, but as benjo says, up the voltage a bit and push it further.

you should chuck it and get a week 17 3000+

    mine does 3.1Ghz stable at 1.6v :D

and even with my old AC freezer64 pro HSF, it was still only 45'C load...

with watercooling, i've not seen it hit 40, even in the silly 32'C summer days we've had.

(i had it turned off durung the hottest day since 1911.. it was 37'C here! )
