Denon x3500h vs Pioneer lx303. 5.1.2 / 5.1.4

I have been eyeing a new AV receiver for a while and basically got stuck between these two models. From what i can gather Denon is a fantastic deal but i am not sure if a 5.1.2 atmos will be convincing enough. Pioneer is the cheapest 9.2 avr i found but i can't seem to find any professional reviews around it.

Speakers i will be running is a 5.1 Q acoustics 3020 package and will be adding atmos up firing speakers in the near future.

Avr is going to a fairly large room and side speakers are located very close to the sitting area.

Any tips, recommendations or personal opinions about this topic is welcomed.

Get higher quality lesser number of speakers, and a better sub rather than loads of speakers full atmos crap speakers and sub.

Since side speakers are close consider bipoles
