I live in Cornwall, and I'm getting hugely decreased performance on my BT Broadband. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now and it's becoming ridiculous, taking upwards of 10 seconds to Google, and an age to load anything else. Download speeds seem the same it's just accessing pages that is the problem?

I have tried resetting my router a couple of times but this has no affect. It's very annoying.

Is it 10 seconds from hitting enter (or clicking Go or whatever) to anything happening, or 10 seconds to load (ie something's happening, it's just slooooow)?

If it's the former, output from start, run, cmd, ipconfig /all would be useful. The latter, BT Speedtest (FAQ).
