Did VR make you want a bigger monitor?

A *slightly* cheaper option is the prescription lens inserts. £60 a pair. Of course I got them and now I'm told I need cataract surgery.

I did consider them, but also had considered this for a couple of years. I’m not looking forward to it at all, but do just want to get it over and done with.

I’ll find out on Monday what the possibilities are and go from there.

Good luck on any surgery you do have, anything near the eye doesn’t sound pleasant.

Haven't wanted a bigger monitor to be honest, dunno why VR would push you to that.

no, actually run my VR/gaming PC Headless, 2x 24" monitors for work, vr/gaming pc isnt even plugged into them most of the time!

I've used a 50inch tv as a monitor since roughly 08 and still use a 49inch today, started vr gaming in 15, so no difference to monitor size.

Similar, i used a 42inch TV as a monitor from around 2010, now i use a 55inch 4k tv, got my rift s last year.

No I am happy with a 27" monitor, infact just rreplaced my old 27 " with a new one. Also I want 144hz minimum, 1440 which all feel just right on 27" monitor for me.
